Walk in Africa / Terms and Conditions
    • A 50% deposit is required to safeguard your booking. Payment can be made using our online portal, by EFT, PAYPAL or in cash.
    • The balance of payment must be made before the hike commences.
    • CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
      • If WALK IN AFRICA cancels a hike due to any other reason a full refund will be given.
      • If the client cancels more than a week before the tour a 90% refund will be given
      • If the client cancels less than 72 hours before the hike a 50% refund will be given
      • If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the hike NO REFUND will be given.
    • WALK IN AFRICA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, additional cost, accident, delay, change that may be caused by an error or default, act or omission by the client in carrying out the arrangements of the hike.
    • Indemnity: anyone who embarks on any hike or activity with Walk in Africa is required to read, complete and sign an indemnity form
