A walk along the contour path from Tafelberg Road to Kirstenbosch botanical gardens.

This walk is filled with history and an excellent sampling of different plant communities, including magical indigenous afro-montane forests and mountain fynbos as well as some exotic plantations in various stages of being removed. There are streams and waterfalls along the way. This is a wonderful easy walk and is an excellent option when the mountain is too wet.

Difficulty: An easy mountain stroll with a short steep ascent and descent
