A great birthday party
I recently met an American friend of a friend who decided to celebrate her birthday in a different way. She wanted to share someplace special with all the special people in her life and so she rented a house in Cape Town and is hosting her closest friends over the period of a month. Every week another group of friends arrives and spends some time on safari with her and then in Cape Town with her. I've been fortunate to spend some time with her & her friends and they all have one thing in common – they all love life.
Today we took a wonderful walk in perfect weather:

As a special birthday gift we were treated to the display of several Watsonia coccinia flowers.
